Since the year 2000, I have studied and practised Jin Shin Jyutsu and shared the self-help classes at adult education colleges in London as well as health centres and venues around England.
I am currently based near Marlborough in Wiltshire, England, but will travel further afield if necessary to give treatments, talks, and present self-help classes. I am also available online to help with particular issues (or projects) you might have; as well as English, I speak Spanish and Dutch.
My study and practice of Jin Shin Jyutsu continues, and as my awareness deepens, my love of this Art grows. I am truly indebted to Master Jiro Murai and Mary Burmeister for their tireless dedication and efforts to bring Jin Shin Jyutsu to the world.
My Jin Shin Jyutsu Story
Years ago, I suffered from debilitating migraines.
Luckily, someone I knew mentioned Jin Shin Jyutsu self help. “Jin what?” I said. I was intrigued so I investigated.
I was then amazed that a couple of simple exercises could work so quickly and effectively.
All I had to “do” was place my hands on certain parts of my body, relax, and then - presto! - migraines cleared within minutes and I was able to go back to work.
Since then, I have had many, many experiences of being able to help myself recover from numerous (and yes, various) ailments, truly empowering me to practise hands-on self help!
The Universal Art of Jin Shin Jyutsu (pronounced jitsoo), harmonises the energy in the body by using the fingers and hands.
It is a gentle, yet dynamic practice for health and wellbeing that can be applied by a practitioner and as self help.
